Processing & Shipping Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 5-10 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. This timeframe includes order processing and carrier transit time.

Shipping Delays

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. RoadRunner Co is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carries, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address at checkout. RoadRunner Co is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, RoadRunner Co is not responsible for lost, or delayed packages. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

Damages or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your upon receipt. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact RoadRunner Co immediately so the issue may be reviewed.
